The Undersea Voyage

Scene 1
The loading wharf is located in a spectacular subterranean cavern. 4 x 50 passenger submarines are seen to be both loading and discharging on opposite sides of the submarines. Staff are dressed in smart white, (naval image), uniforms. Submarines depart wharf at 5-6 minute intervals. Queuing passengers can clearly see departing submarines glide on the surface through a waterfall approximately 60 metres into the journey.

Scene 2
On exit from the waterfall, the submarine begins to submerge into the aquarium. Passengers now experience crystal clear waters rising above the full length viewing screens. As the submarine fully submerges, a spectacular panorama of giant sharks, stingrays, schools of fish and tropical coral outcrops, unfold around our undersea explorers.

Undersea Temple

Scene 3
The submarine levels out on a seabed with a sandy bottom and scattered mix of coral reefs. In the distant background our explorers are now sighting glimpses of large marble columns stretching to the surface, broken statues and fragmented mosaics from a lost civilisation. Is this the Lost City of Atlantis? The submarine now glides smoothly amongst the crumbling buildings of an ancient city lost forever in time under the sea.

Scene 4
The submarine is now travelling amongst large coral formations, and a seabed littered with a grave yard of ship wrecks Broken amphorae lie scattered amongst the rotting planks of an ancient Greek Trireme. Our undersea explorers are astounded to see the skeletal remains of a Viking warrior rise from the crumbling bow of his long boat, wielding a large battle axe and shield. The submarine steers away from this ghostly vision towards the sea ravaged remains of a Spanish Galleon. Our explorers witness a diver in an old hard hat diving suit, recovering gold and precious jewels from a treasure chest he has retrieved from the wreck. A giant Moray Eel protrudes menacingly from the rotting timbers.

Scene 6
The submarine's continuing voyage of discovery is now journeying into a deep crevasse with sheer canyon walls rising on either side obscuring the natural sunlight. An amazing collection of bizarre and sometimes frightening creatures are seen to be living in this perpetual darkness.

Scene 7
Immediately ahead, the submarine gravitates towards a combination of intense pulsating lights. The submarine has ventured upon a magnificent futuristic city thriving under the sea, composed of elliptical domed structures, inter-connected by transparent walkways. The submarine voyages silently through this undersea city, as our explorers marvel at the amazing sight of divers wearing aqua-lung, riding on the backs of giant Manta -Rays, as other divers, propelled by undersea scooters, move effortlessly amongst a mix of giant sharks. The submarine is now slowly rising to the surface, and will once again pass through a waterfall that will lead to the main wharf and the end of their voyage of discovery. Our explorers have undertaken a truly amazing undersea adventure, from a time in our past history exploring a lost civilisation, to a time in the future, where they discover a city under the sea, where people may, in the future, choose to or be forced to live beneath our oceans.
